RSC Training has announced its October 2025 training programme, alongside key industry developments and upcoming events. The company, a recognised provider of IPAF, PASMA, Ladder Safety and First Aid training, continues to expand its offerings across its Thamesmead and Soham centres.

October Courses

A wide range of open courses are scheduled throughout October. At Thamesmead, courses include IPAF 3a/3b Full Day Operator (1st and 28th), IPAF 3a/3b/1b Operator on multiple dates, daily IPAF Harness training, combined IPAF and PASMA courses, PASMA Towers for Users, PASMA Combined, PASMA Towers on Stairs, and Ladder and Step Ladder User/Inspection.

At the Soham centre, PASMA Towers for Users will run on the 17th, while IPAF 3a/3b is scheduled for the 13th, 14th and 15th. RSC Training also offers the flexibility to arrange closed courses at client sites. A fully updated online course calendar is available on the company’s website.

IPAF and PASMA Highlights

This October sees the return of IPAF 3a/3b operator training to Soham, with sessions taking place across three consecutive days. In addition, RSC Training will host an Advanced PASMA Towers on Stairways course at Thamesmead on the 23rd. The training is essential for those working on towers in stair environments, as the Towers for Users qualification alone does not provide this coverage. Candidates renewing their Towers on Stairs qualification before expiry will have their entire qualification extended for a further five years.
