Barking Riverside Project

Barking Riverside is a brown-field development situated between the A13 and the River Thames on the former Barking Power Station land, it is the largest housing site within the Thames Gateway, being 185 hectares and on completion delivering 10,800 new homes and associated facilities. In 2010 ACE were appointed to carry out the detailed design of the initial phase of the residential development, at Barking Riverside, consisting 50 two and three storey houses and three to five storey flat block containing 47 apartments.
