ProvenAir Sales Ltd has been designing and manufacturing bespoke heating, ventilation and air conditioning components since 1991. Based in Thurmaston, Leicester, we supply custom air handling units, ductwork and associated equipment to consulting engineers, contractors and M&E specialists across the UK.
Our work sits in a specific niche. Rather than off the shelf kit, we build custom dimensioned air movement components for projects where space is tight or compromised. That covers hospitals, hotels, retail developments and refurbishment work, anywhere a standard unit simply won't fit the brief. Our team specialises in DW144 ductwork, acoustic attenuation and made to order air handling equipment, all manufactured in house to exacting standards.
We're a team of experienced engineers, not a call centre reselling parts. Managing Director David Rowson brings over 40 years in the HVAC industry, with particular expertise in bespoke AHU design and attenuation. Company Director and Works Manager Nathan Forbes has over a decade with the business, having built his career in sheet metal manufacturing before developing our 2D and 3D CAD and CNC capabilities.
We work with trusted component suppliers including Nicotra for fan units, Coil Master for heating and cooling coils, ebm-papst for centrifugal plug fans, and Ductair Electrics for electric heating coils. This keeps quality consistent across every unit we build, whatever the specification.
