Team HRE win Glencraft Golf Challenge - 20 May 2014

HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering Ltd helped to raise over £5000 for local charity Glencraft by taking part in their annual fundraising golf event, at Peterculter Golf Club on Friday 16 May 2014. Sunshine greeted the 20 teams that took part in the in the stableford format competition, including HRE’s team; made up of Russell Bell, Gary McDonald, Garry Cruickshank and Martin Runcie. The HRE team was the day’s overall winner, finishing four points ahead of the runner up. Services Director, Russell Bell said, “Glencraft have organised yet another great day out. It has been a pleasure to take part in such a worthy cause and we look forward to next year’s competition!” Glencraft is a social enterprise for crafts people with a variety of abilities and disabilities. They have been a high quality manufacturer of mattresses in Aberdeen since 1843.
