VS1000 Centrifugal Fan

A medium volume ventilation fan for blowing or extracting non-flammable air, fumes and light airborne dust.

Compatible flexible ducting is available to hire, and a filter sock can be fitted to the fan outlet to entrap coarse/medium nuisance dusts. This centrifugal fan has a high suction capacity which makes it effective even for applications which involve long ducting runs. The VS 1000 uses small bore (200mm dia.) ducting so it does not impede access through openings; the ducting can be suspended using the integral suspension loops. Its relatively light-weight and wrap-around carry-frame make the VS 1000 a convenient product for handling in buildings, basements, and roof spaces.

As well as air blowing and extraction this fan is versatile - it allows capture of nuisance dusts using a fabric filter sock attached to the discharge of the fan; once full this "sock" can be emptied and re-attached for further use (see our dust control section for more information).
