About Us

Eli Refurbishments is a Romford-based refurbishment business working in occupied homes across Havering, east London, the rest of London and Essex.

The work covers kitchens and bathrooms from strip-out to finished fit, and floors in laminate, LVT, engineered and solid wood. Joinery includes internal doors, skirting, architraves and fitted wardrobes. The team also renovates staircases, decorates inside and out, applies and repairs silicone render, and builds fences, gates and garden features.

Eli coordinates the electrician and Gas Safe engineer when a project needs them, so the client deals with one contact. Each job is priced after a free visit to the property.
