Bandit9's Stainless Steel Concept-L wouldn't look out of place in Star Trek

23-04-2021

Bandit9 Motorcycles have long been associated with highly unusual pure chrome polished bike designs – almost as many can be found in exclusive private collections and art museums as can be seen on the roads. Their latest ‘Concept-L’ design pulls inspiration for decades of science fiction movies and has an ethereal look reminiscent of an extraterrestrial influence. To get this unusual look, the designers utilise highly mirror polished stainless steel to form the unibody tank and have suspended the 125cc engine to give a throwback appearance of an engine from Star Treks Starship Enterprise. Other elements of the bike are machined from a solid aluminium block, including the grips and levers, whilst the seat uses hand-stitched high-end Italian calf leather. The unusual design is finished with individual LED headlights and brake lights, and a thrown back handlebar reminiscent of a Star Wars Imperial Speeder Bike. Whilst this concept bike costs a fairly affordable $10,950 US dollars, potential buyers should place an order quickly as only nine will ever be made! We don’t make motorcycles, however, our beautiful stainless steel kitchens are just as contemporary and striking to look at.   Images: Bandit9
