Heating and home services
Boilers and central heating are among the services provided by Clerwood Building Company Ltd. These can be arranged as individual heating work or alongside a wider property improvement project.
The company also provides kitchen installations, bathroom installations and wetrooms.
For homeowners wanting additional facilities, home sauna and steam room installations are available. Staircase installations can also be undertaken where changes to a property's internal access are required.
Loft and conversion work
Loft conversions can provide a practical way to use unused roof space. Clerwood Building Company Ltd also carries out roof lift loft conversions where changes to the roof are needed.
Velux windows can be installed during loft work or separately.
Garage conversions make use of existing space within a property, while house extensions can provide additional accommodation where a larger increase in space is required.
Renovations and roofing
House renovations can improve existing rooms or involve work across several areas of a property.
Roofing services include re-roofing and Fatra single ply roofing. Velux window installation is also available for suitable roof areas.
The different services can be arranged separately or combined where the project requires several types of work.
