For nearly 40 years, Bakers Garden Buildings has been helping homeowners across Sussex, London and the South East transform unused outdoor space into rooms they actually use. Since 1985 we've built more than 20,000 garden structures, from compact home offices to fully fitted entertainment rooms with bars, hot tubs and pool tables.

We offer three ways to work with us. Our pre-designed collection gives you a cost-effective starting point with customisable features. Our bespoke range is built entirely around your specification, with no compromise on comfort or finish. And our designer collection is built for architects and landscape professionals who need a reliable, high-quality partner for their clients' projects.

Every building we make is fully insulated for year-round use and constructed from house-specification materials, so you get a genuine room rather than a glorified shed. Aluminium bifold and sliding doors, Low-E glass, integrated blinds, zero-maintenance cladding and full plumbing options are all part of what we do. Every project comes backed by a 10-year warranty and a life expectancy of up to 50 years.

What sets us apart is the complete package. We handle planning permission and building regulations alongside the build itself, so you're not left to manage separate contractors and paperwork. Our team stays with you from first design conversation through to handover, whatever the size or complexity of the project.
