Tube Finishing Belts

We stock sanding and polishing belts to suit most tube polishers such as Finitube, and those made by Metabo, Fein and Suhner. The abrasives range is very extensive, but if your size is not included please contact us for a quote, as almost any tube sanding belt can be made to order. We recommend the use of the new generation of ceramic tube sanding belts for weld blending and surface preparation, especially on stainless steel. These give vastly improved life and sanding performance. Typically, for a hand-rail for example, you may choose a belt system which includes grade 60 ceramic (which give a cut speed you might have previously achieved with grade 40 zirconium), for weld blending, followed by grade 120 ceramic, then coarse grade surface conditioning. This would give a neat brushed finish in just 3 quick stages.
