Powerfile Belts

Our standard performance range of powerfile belts uses ceramic abrasive where possible in grades 40 to 120. In finer grades a high purity aluminium oxide with grinding aids work well on all steels including stainless. Surface conditioning gives brushed or satin finishes. Trizact™ gives fine finishes quickly. All are made with quality taped joints for strength and smoother running. Choose from our range of premium performance powerfile belts (also known as Finger Files) to fit Dynabrade, Beltit, Makita, Metabo, Suhner, Flex and many more power files. For high aggression select FX87 Ceramic Abrasive belts.  The ceramic belts are our standard range as they out-cut and out-last zirconia (blue) belts. Power file belts, available from 36 grit, surface conditioning for satin finishing, Trizact™ 2000 grit and non-abrasive belts for polishing.
