Includes the popular K3K zirconium discs and high performance ceramic abrasive as well as aluminium oxide and surface conditioning. Fibre backed sanding discs are used on backing pads and we stock a full range of sizes and hardnesses. Aluminium oxide abrasive is the lowest cost choice for mild steel, although zirconium abrasive is most popular due to much longer service life and ability to grind stainless steel. For intermediate sanding and finishing we recommend the zirconia K3K or aluminium oxide KFK fibre sanding discs. Ceramic abrasive offers another level again in terms of durability and speed of grinding. Surface conditioning discs provide a quick means of cleaning metal, removing light coatings and leaving bright finishes.
