Our drivers will assist customers with safe and reasonable requests to offload materials at the point of delivery. The recipient of the delivery is responsible for additional lifting once the delivery has been made, and for heavy and bulky items we would require additional support from the customer to complete the delivery. The driver has the final decision on what is safe and reasonable and if he decides it is unsafe or unreasonable our delivery will revert to kerbside only.  Please reference our Delivery Page for more.
