Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to its boltless design - simply slot the beams into the existing frames, secure them with safety locking pins, and drop in the chipboard shelves. Shelf levels are fully adjustable in 50mm increments, giving you maximum flexibility to accommodate varying product sizes. This system can also span over ground-stored goods, including pallets, so a bottom shelf is not always required. Each used bay provides a 4000kg total load capacity, with individual shelves supporting up to 800kg UDL. For 900mm and 1200mm deep bays, chipboard support beams are supplied as standard to reinforce the shelving.
