YALDING MANOR - KEMSING - KENT
Yalding manor, situated in Kemsing Kent was a barn restoration project involving trying to save as much of the original structure as possible. Despite the fact that the side wall of the barn and intermediate floor had suffered over the years the roof and main floor beams remained in good condition so the brief was to maintain the roof and main floor beams whilst the rest of the structure was to be re built following the excavation of a new basement level. Here at Tubular Techniques we were asked to design the support system which would both support the roof yet still maintain the location of the original oak floor beams whilst enabling enough room to construct the new basement below.Visit the Tubular Techniques Ltd website for more information on YALDING MANOR - KEMSING - KENT
