Specialist racks with automatic alignment bar to align spacer bar within the glass sealed unit manufacturing process. The alignment station comprises of horizontal and vertical registers which automatically (a manual version is available) move into position to allow easy placement of the PIB coated spacer frame. The registers are adjustable to allow different depths of sealant.The second pane of glass is pushed manually onto the spacer frame. This operation can also be automated to reduce man power.Electronic sensors control glass speed, positioning and operation of the automatic glass assembly station.
