Thermoseal's own range of Hot Melt extruders developed over the past 30 years are designed to cater for all levels of sealed unit production. We also supply Hot Melt Guns for plugging gas holes and a digital thermometer for checking the application temperature of the hotmelt. Machines can be ready to use from as little as 45 minutes after inital start-up. Hotmelt one-part butyl sealant blocks are simply heated and the sealant is extruded when up to temperature. All TGE Hot Melt Extruders have the following features:PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL PANELA control panel to set and monitor its settings, including:�A programmable temperature and speed controller which constantly givesthe visual status of the temperature and system condition.�A pre-start programmable timer to ensure that the machine is always ready for production.�An under and over-temperature warning system with visual and audio alarms to prevent misuse of the machine.A SUPERIOR HEATED HOSEA large bore heated hose is a feature of all designs and is manufactured especially for the sealed unit market. It has several special design features to help it stand up to life in a busy glass shop, including:�The gun has a low pressure trigger for operator ease.�The gun is constructed with cool-touch plastic for operator comfort.�The gun incorporates a swivel feature .�The hose incorporates a twin-braided metal tube to increase it longevity.�The gun cable has been fitted externally to the main hose so that it isn't necessary to change both cables if one should fail.�A robust metal coil protects the outside of the hose from everyday wear and tear.
