Sikalevel 20 Levelling Compound is a ready touse cement based self leveller for floor smoothing and levellingout uneven internal floors.

Typical Uses:

Self Levelling and smoothing

Concrete.

Sand/cement screeds (not anhydrite).

Quarry tiles, terrazzo, ceramictiles.

Underfloor heating applications beneath heatingcables/pipes or on top of heated screeds.

Advantages

Levelling up to 15mm.

Smooths to a feather edge.

Suitable with underfloor heating.

Foot traffic in 2 - 4 hours at 20oC.

Application:

Fill holes cavities with concrete repairmortar.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust andcontamination.

Prime porous surfaces with PVA (1 pt PVA to 4pts water), and allow to dry.

Prime non-porous surfaces with neat PVA andallow to become tacky before applying SikaLevel 20 LevellingCompound.

Mixing unfilled (up to 5mm) - slowly add 5 ptspowder to 1 pt water (25kg powder will require 5 litres) and mixusing a slow speed mixer and paddle. Mixing filled (up to 15mm) -add 1 pt clean, dry, sharp sand to 1 pt SikaLevel 20 LevellingCompound.

The sand should be added after mixing powderwith water.

Pour the mixed product onto the floor andspread evenly with a steel trowel to form a thin tight scrapecoat.

Working time: 15 - 20 mins.

Floor overlaying time: approx. 18 - 20hrs.

Do not use for embedding underfloor heatingsystems or directly over the top of underfloor heating system pipesor cables
