Sikalevel 20 Levelling Compound is a ready to use cement based self leveller for floor smoothing and levelling out uneven internal floors.

Typical Uses

Self Levelling and smoothing

Concrete.

Sand/cement screeds (not anhydrite).

Quarry tiles, terrazzo, ceramic tiles.

Underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables/pipes or on top of heated screeds.

Advantages

Levelling up to 15mm.

Smooths to a feather edge.

Suitable with underfloor heating.

Foot traffic in 2 - 4 hours at 20oC.

Application:

Fill holes cavities with concrete repair mortar.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust and contamination.

Prime porous surfaces with PVA (1 pt PVA to 4 pts water), and allow to dry.

Prime non-porous surfaces with neat PVA and allow to become tacky before applying SikaLevel 20 Levelling Compound.

Mixing unfilled (up to 5mm) - slowly add 5 pts powder to 1 pt water (25kg powder will require 5 litres) and mix using a slow speed mixer and paddle. Mixing filled (up to 15mm) - add 1 pt clean, dry, sharp sand to 1 pt SikaLevel 20 Levelling Compound.

The sand should be added after mixing powder with water.

Pour the mixed product onto the floor and spread evenly with a steel trowel to form a thin tight scrape coat.

Working time: 15 - 20 mins.

Floor overlaying time: approx. 18 - 20 hrs.

Do not use for embedding underfloor heating systems or directly over the top of underfloor heating system pipes or cables
