Sika Anchor Fix 1 is a rapid curing two partchemical anchoring cartridge system thats Solvent and styrene free based two part polyester anchoringadhesive resin.

Applied in one single action to produce a costeffective, tough, chemical resistant fixing.

Sika Anchorfix 1 is ideal for close to edgeapplications as no stress is placed on thesurrounding substrate unlike expansive wall plugfixings.�

Versatile in use anchorfix-1 is suitable forfixing wall ties, starter bars, studs, bolts, rebar or largescrews

Use in brickwork, concrete, masonry, stoneetc.

Can be used in a standard 310ml or 400ml stronggun such as the

Powerpro Sealant Gun or

Cox Heavy Duty Sealant Gun.

ProductApplication:

Surface Preparation

Drill hole to the correct diameter anddepth

For optimum results the hole must be coarsesided.�

If the holes are produced by diamond drillingthe surfaces should be thoroughly roughened.

Remove all dust and debris from the hole usinga hand or air pump

Bars or Fixings should be clean and free fromoil or grease, all flaking rust should be removed.

Threaded rod or studs should be chisel ended toprevent them being unscrewed from the cured resin.

Anchorfix-1Application:

Attach the mixing nozzle to thecartridge

Place the Anchorfix 1 cartridge into a 300ml or400ml standard good Quality sealant Gun.

Activate the hand trigger a few times untilmaterial passes through the mixing nozzle until an even colour isobtained

Do not be tempted to use material thats not auniform colour.

Insert the nozzle into the base of the holeactivate the trigger withdrawing the nozzle slowly as the holefills

Insert the fixing slowly with a rotating actionto the desired depth.

Excess Material should be cleaned off beingcarefull not to get in threads
