EVERBUILD PRO180 PROFESSIONAL JOINERYADHESIVE

One-part, fast moisture-curing polyurethanejoinery adhesive which sets hard in just 6 minutes.

Perfect for use on floorboard joists as theproduct gives a strong, permanent bond; removing board movement tohelp give creak free joints.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Everbuild PRO 180 will adhere to a multitude ofsubstrates, and can be overpainted once dry.

Pro180 conforms to EN204 D4 for waterresistance.

The product foams slightly on application tofill small gaps, which increases bond strength.

Areas Pro 180 Can beUsed:

Joinery and floorboard applications such asfixing boards, carpet grippers, edgings, stair nosingsetc.

Removes board movement.

Can be used to bond most types of wood - hard,soft, exotic and painted wood.

Adheres to metal, stone, concrete, brick,masonry and some plastics also.

Can be used in Window and door framemanufacture.

Wall panels, skirting, cladding etc.

ProductLimitations:

At least one of the surfaces to be bonded mustbe porous.

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene,Teflon or Nylon.

Surfaces may be damp, but moisture content ofwood must not exceed 30% w/w.

As product expands slightly on curing, do notuse on sheet laminate;

use STICK 2 CONTACT ADHESIVE.

Do not use for children?s toys andarticles which can be placed in the mouth by children.

Notes:

Only apply between +5�C and +35�C.

Ensure surfaces are always clamped duringuse.

Setting times will be increased at lowtemperatures and low humidity.

SurfacePreparation:

The surfaces to be glued should be clean andfree from dust, grease and other contaminants. At least one of thematerials must be porous. Roughen non-porous surfaces to give a keyfor the adhesive.

To assist cure and achieve maximum bondstrength, slightly moisten one surface with a damp cloth. Do notover wet.

Application:

Cut tip of cartridge taking care not to damagethe thread. Fix nozzle, cut to required aperture and apply usingstandard sealant gun.

Wearing of gloves is recommended. Applyadhesive evenly to one surface. If necessary, cover large areaswith a fine toothed spreader. Assemble parts IMMEDIATELY and clampfor duration of cure (5-10 minutes at 20oc; longer at lowertemperatures). After this time, the joint may be easily handled.Full and final bond strength will be achieved after 6minutes.

NOTE: These products foam slightly onapplication to fill small gaps. Any excess foam/adhesive must beremoved with acetone before the product sets or with a sharp chiselonce set.
