Product Description:

FILLER COAT is a thick base coat, formulated to cover imperfect surfaces

and dark colors prior to painting.

Designed for speedy roller application

Filler Coat hides and obliterates areas that have been filled

Covers and preventing the re-appearance of hairline cracks.

Working like a roll on fillercoat, the thick formula completely covers strong colours

Can be use on walls and ceilings,

The application of Filler Coat on strong colours can save several coats of emulsion.

Surfaces and Preparation:

Surface types include all mineral surface: gypsum, cement plasters, lime plasters, thin layer mineral plasters, concrete and plasterboard.

Before applying, ensure surfaces are clean, sound and free from dust,

Fill deep surface defects with Everbuild Fill and Skim and smooth down.

Glossy surfaces must be sanded and then cleaned with Sugar Soap.

New Plaster and very porous or powdery surfaces should be primed first with filler coat diluted 1 part to 4 parts water and allow to dry.

Application:

Stir Filler Coat well before use.

Touch in corners with a brush and apply an even coat with a short pile roller or suitable brush

Coverage 5 to 8 meters square per litre depending on surface and porosity

Drying time normally 4 to 6 hours

Limitations:

This product is designed to fill minor surface imperfections.

Ensure FILLER COAT has completely dried before overpainting

On very bold colours, a second coat may be required
