Tile and Grout Impregnating Sealer is aspecially developed highly effective protection internally orexternally on natural stone, masonry, cementitious substrates,grout, marble, terracotta, limestone, slate, brick and terrazzo,fireplace surrounds and hearths, floor tiles and paving.

Designed to penetrating deep into the pores ofthe stone, Tile and Grout Impregnating Sealer provides andeffective and invisible protection against water, oil, dirt andgrease stains without altering the colour or appearance of thetiles.

Sealing unpolished tiles, bricks, pavingetc.�

Internal and external use.

Kitchen, bathroom and patio areas.

Stone hearths and fireplaces.

Limitations

Tile and Grout Impregnating Sealer will only workwhere it can penetrate into the surface.

Do not apply to non-porous or polishedsurfaces.

Do not apply this product to painted surfacesor surfaces that have previously been treated with stearate orsilicone based water seals.

Do not apply this product externally if rain isimminent (within 6 hours at 20?C).

As quality of tiles natural stone can vary,always test a small inconspicuous area or an offcut of tile forcompatibility discolouration prior to full scaleapplication.
