Module 500/40

The Module 500/40 is an interlocking polycarbonate system which uses special 40mm thick multiwall sheets. The Module 500/40 can be manufactured to the required length/height in 500mm widths, the Module 500/40 panels have the ability to transmit the maximum available natural light into any building whilst still offering fantastic thermal insulation. The 500mm x 40mm sheets are found in durable anodised silver aluminium framing trims which are located at the top and bottom of the glazing. For taller glazed areas, use is made of hidden fastening clamps. These are located within the sheet joints and secure the glazing back to suitable horizontal secondary supports. This unique fastening system can leave the outer face of the glazing ideally smooth and free of visible mechanical fixings.
