Delivery Information

UK DELIVERY Free delivery applies to England, Wales and Lower Scotland. All other parts of the UK carriage may apply. This charge will be shown in the checkout area, giving you the opportunity not to proceed with the order. Confirmation that your goods have been dispatched will be e-mailed to you. You must ensure that you are available to accept delivery. Our carrier will only attempt delivery twice leaving a card each time. No further deliveries will be attempted and goods will be returned to our warehouse within 5 working days. After this time you can arrange to have the items collected from our premises or have the items redelivered at an additional cost of £15.00 + VAT. Items will only be retained by us for 30 days, after this period it will be assumed that your goods for whatever reason are no longer required, and as such will be restocked and an administration/restocking charge of 25% will be made. The balance will be refunded in the form of an e-voucher to be used against future purchases from our web site. REST of the WORLD Carriage applies to all other countries and is indicated in the checkout area, giving you the opportunity not to proceed with the order. Deliveries to countries other than United Kingdom could take between 7-28 days from receipt of your order and payment. Please note we currently only deliver to certain countries in the African Nations Area, please ring for further information.
