Our Aluminium Spreader Plate Multi-Zone Heating Kits offer an efficient, low-profile underfloor heating solution for dry-fit suspended timber floor installations. The aluminium spreader plates (390mm x 1000mm x 0.5mm) are made for use with 16mm pipe and are designed for 400mm joist centres with 200mm pipe spacing. The 16mm Pert-Al-Pert pipe fits securely into the plate grooves, with insulation placed beneath to reduce downward heat loss and ensure even heat distribution across the floor.
