Ultra Tile Level IT FX is a single part concrete floor leveller featuring our specially formulated fibre technology. This high strength, rapid curing and drying cementitious smoothing and levelling compound provides a strong, sound and even base.\n\nPolymer Modified\nProtein Free\nShrinkage Compensated\nPumpable\nNon Crack Formulation\nSuitable for Under Floor Heating\n3mm to 75mm?\nOpen Time - 20-30 Mins\nSet Time - 2 - 3 Hours\n\nThe formulation incorporates fibres, specially graded fillers, cements and polymers with a rapid curing profile.\nIt is mixed with clean cold water to give a free flowing product that can be applied from 3mm to 75mm in one application. A high inherent strength makes it ideal for preparing subfloors prior to installation of tiling materials whilst its flow characteristics give a smoothness suitable for bonding of carpets, wood flooring, vinyl and other resilient floorings in areas ranging from residential to heavy commercial projects.\nSuitable substrates include concrete, sand/cement screeds, flooring grade plywood overboarding (minimum 15mm), cement faced tile backer boards, epoxy surface Damp Proof Membranes (DPM) and calcium sulphate screeds.\nIt is suitable for use over heated screeds where the heating has been fully commissioned (for other underfl oor heating systems please contact Instarmac for advice). All subfloors must be protected from subground moisture by the incorporation of a constructional base DPM. Check older properties, particularly pre 1970s, which may not have a base DPM and consult Instarmac for advice. Residual construction moisture should be controlled by the use of an Ultra Floor DPM. Plywood overboarded floors should be sealed on the underside and perimeters with Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer. Plywood absorbency differs depending on the nature of the surface veneer. Normally a diluted coat of Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer (3:1 with clean water) is recommended. For dense veneers of very low absorbency, apply Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer neat in a thin uniform coating. Allow primer coats to fully dry.
