UltraFloor Level IT Bond is a rapid curing, high performance two-part smoothing underlayment. It has exceptional adhesion characteristics making it suitable for use over a wide variety of subfl oors and substrates and for use in both domestic and commercial fl ooring projects. Level IT Bond consists of a powder, incorporating a blend of cements, along with graded fi llers and additives and a pre-gauged protein free high polymer content liquid component, suitable for use in biologically sensitive areas.\nThe two components are mixed to provide a rapid setting, free fl owing smoothing underlayment for preparing internal subfl oors prior to the application of decorative fl oor coverings.\nLevel IT Bond is suitable for use over a wide variety of fl ooring substrates including sand/cement screeds, concrete, calcium sulphate screeds, fl ooring grade asphalt, rigid steel, porcelain, ceramic, quarry and terrazzo fl oors, epoxy Damp Proof Membranes, moisture tolerant adhesive residues and also for preparing timber fl oors prior to over laying with fl ooring grade plywood.\nIt is also suitable for applications onto heated screed and projects where radiant electrical Undertile heating systems (on screeded, concrete or cement faced backer boards only) are utilised.\nLevel IT Bond can be applied at depths between 2 and 12mm. For deeper sections up to a maximum of 30mm, it is necessary to bulk out with a suitable graded aggregate filler.\nIt has a typical working time of 15 to 20 minutes and a walk on time of approximately 90 to 120 minutes. A 3mm application of Level IT Bond allows most fl oor coverings to be laid in as little as 4 hours (all based on good ambient conditions).\nLevel IT Bond has a moisture tolerant formulation making it suitable for pre-smoothing of fl oors prior to the application of surface DPMs. Due to its excellent adhesion characteristics Level IT Bond can be used on most substrates without the need to prime.\nPLEASE SEE THE ABOVE TAB FOR TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
