We recently completed a stunning installation of digitally printed window film in Whiteleaf hospital, Aylesbury. Working for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Guardian used the most advanced technologies available in the transfer of images to window film and applied fantastic, CMYK images directly to the hospital glazing.
The images, created by artist Christopher Tipping, are part of an effort to create calming, vibrant environments for people that most need it.
One of the many advantages of digitally printed window film is the ability to bring colour and imagination to otherwise blank spaces. In situations where aesthetics can have a real impact on care or business, window film is an ideal way to show character, influence mood or create environments.
Other uses of commercial window film include utilising window space for advertising, brand awareness or product visibility. This can be especially effective in offices or shops where windows look out to otherwise uninspiring views. Privacy window film could be used to enable privacy without losing the natural light a window allows. Images of staff, products, slogans or achievements can be used to break up large piece of glass whilst creating an environment that is both productive and private.
The installation at Aylesbury is a great success and we are excited to hear about your next project.
