Around twenty medium to small sized package treatment plant are located within the Ashford Borough which are owned and maintained by the local authority. Free Flow was invited to provide professional advice on the existing condition and performance of the plant and to offer improvement recommendations for sustainable treatment process. Many of the package treatment plant were not operating efficiently so improvements were needed to provide effective aerobic conditions to maintain good quality effluent quality.
