Blue Card – Skilled Fence installer

To gain a Blue Card – Skilled Fence installer, the user must have completed the Level 2 Diploma in fencing and in order to redeem the card when it expires, they must attend a health, safety and environmental awareness course for fence installers and operatives as well as being able to pass the core health and safety test.
