- Project Smithfields, West Sussex - Client Riverdore Ltd (Private) & Radian Housing (Social) This project involved the building of 16 dwellings in total. 11 houses were for private sale and 1 house and 4 flats were for social housing use. All units were built using traditional forms of construction on piled foundations.
