Richard emphasises the wealth of knowledge within the team, including production crews with backgrounds at reputable companies, ensuring the manufacturing of concrete products of various shapes and sizes. The quality control team, with past roles at Tarmac, Hanson, CPM, and Marshalls, emphasises the importance of reliable and consistent quality in products and customer service. The commercial team brings years of collective experience, having worked together in various capacities at Johnston Pipes, Ennstone, CPM Group, Marshalls, F P McCann, Naylors, and Besblock.

They now reunite at Elite Precast Concrete, combining their expertise with younger members to foster enthusiasm and market knowledge.
