Jaguar Paint Shop

Ductbusters have recently completed a demanding task at Jaguar Castle Bromwich. The paint shop handles the entire Jaguar range and demands a quality of finish commensurate with the quality of the cars. This demands that the air quality in the paint booths is controlled to a very high standard with airflow, humidity and cleanliness crucial to an exceptional paint finish. Ductbusters were asked to clean out the supply ductwork feeding these booths which is large diameter and runs at high level within the paint shop. By using Confined Space trained labour and ensuring adequate ventilation and lighting the cleaning was completed within the agreed time period which was crucial to Jaguar’s production restart.
