Portable battery operated lighting solution with CREE LED technology NEW FOR 2014 is LIGHT CANNON by Defender – a fully portable, battery powered site light that’s ideal for illuminating remote and hard-to-access work areas, especially where there’s no available power source. Advanced technology and intelligent features deliver exceptional performance. Eight high-efficiency CREE* LED’s create 2000 Lumens of super bright, clean light with a wide 120 degree beam angle for maximum coverage. Powered by a high output 8000 MAH Lithium-ion battery pack, Light Cannon runs continuously for 9 hours on full power and 16 hours on half power – exceptional battery life to cover a double work shift with ease. In addition to the ‘full’ and ‘half’ power options there’s also a ‘pulse’ option, which enables the unit to be used as a temporary warning light. The handy integrated Run Time Indicator shows the remaining battery life in hours and minutes. Mounted on a fully integrated quick release tripod the telescopic mast extends the LED light head from 0.8 to 2.1 meters and is supplied with a handy carry case and shoulder strap that make it even easier to use on the go.
