Window Energy Rating Schemes. Build Check Certification is approved by the British Fenestration Ratings Council and Certass for their Thermal Rating Register Scheme to undertake audits on companies who wish to sell window energy ratings (WER’s). An annual audit is a requirement of these schemes.
