Powder Coating

The powder coating process centres on the application of colour to the metal using an electrostatic spray. The metal is then oven cured to form a coating in any of a wide-range of colours and gloss levels. This is usually requested as a percentage level ie: 50% gloss, or as either "Matt, Semi-Gloss or Gloss.
