We’re delighted to welcome Sam Wallace to the Axis team.

This is Sam’s first role since completing his undergraduate degree in Management and his postgraduate degree in Marketing at Loughborough University. He joins Axis as a Graduate Sales Manager and says: “I’m excited to be part of a team that values quality, innovation and customer-focused solutions, and I’m looking forward to learning the ropes and contributing to the company’s continued success.”

Managing Director Rob Brunero added: “We’re thrilled to have Sam join us. As well as his academic prowess, Sam brings natural enthusiasm and energy to the business, and we’re confident he will help himself—and the company—grow into the future. As part of his development plan, he’ll spend time with each department to understand how the roles fit together across the business. He’ll also be learning our products, processes and manufacturing capabilities in depth, and attending courses to achieve the required accreditations, such as ADSA BS EN 16005:2024 and BS 7036:2014 for automatic doors. In a short time, Sam has got off to a flying start and is already meeting our suppliers in person and via Teams. The learning curve is steep, and he’s exceeding our already high expectations.”

Outside work, Sam is a dedicated football fan and loyal England supporter, following the team home and away, including at last summer’s UEFA Euros in Germany. He’s also on a mission to visit every stadium in the UK. When not at a match, he enjoys running and travelling—with a goal to visit 30 countries before he’s 30. With 26 already ticked off, he’s well on track.
