We’re delighted to welcome Rob Plews to the Axis Entrance Systems team. Rob brings over 30 years’ experience in the glass and façades industry, having worked on numerous prestigious projects from design and procurement through to site installation. He holds SMSTS and PRINCE2 Foundation certifications and is proficient in AutoCAD.

Our Managing Director, Rob Brunero, says:
“We’re very excited to have Rob on board. He’s confident, a natural leader, and able to build strong business relationships—so he’s a great addition to the Axis team. Initially, Rob will work closely with all our departments to learn our business and products while sharing his own expertise. After this, he’ll focus mainly on the automatic doors side of the business and will work towards his EN16005:2024 and BS7036:2014 accreditations. It’s great to have him here—welcome to the team, Rob!”

Introducing himself, Rob Plews says:
“I’m already really enjoying being part of the team and look forward to getting involved in current projects, as well as helping to develop those in the pipeline. I’ve been impressed with the innovative products Axis has brought to market and how they’ve been developed to meet client needs and applications. In my spare time, I enjoy music (mainly 90s indie), horse racing, darts and, above all, football. I follow Sheffield United home and away, and have visited 116 stadiums so far, including 72 of the current 92 league grounds. It’s great to be here, and I’m looking forward to being part of the team on the Axis stand at Healthcare Estates 2025 in Manchester next week.”
