Private Property, Oxshott Surrey

A high end residential property new build that All Four Seasons were chosen to design an Air-Conditioning for 12 rooms within the property. The design required for us to use a ducted type systems for the best cosmetic finish, with the air being supplied and returned through 1 slot liner type grilles. During this project we was also requested to install a wine store chiller system, AV Room temperature control and whole house Ventilation system (MVHR) that meets Part L 2006 building regulations.
