The Zoo Hardware Universal Flat Deadlock Intumescent Sets are designed to be suit all the ZUKFD Zoo Hardware Fire Rated Flat Deadlocks in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations. To meet FD30/60 specifications then one Intumescent Lock Liner should be fitted to each lock case and under the strike plate in the door frame. They have a self-adhesive backing for easy application and they are adjustable to suit product dimensions. Two Sizes are Available: 1mm Universal Flat Dead Lock Intumescent's - The 1mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 30 minutes on a fire door. 2mm Universal Flat Dead Lock Intumescent's - The 2mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 60 Minutes on a Fire Door In case of a fire the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the lock and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door. Supplied as one complete Set per pack (Please NOTE - Locks must be purchased separately).
