Two Sizes are Available: 1mm Universal DIN Lock Intumescent's - The 1mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 30 minutes on a fire door. The Zoo Hardware Universal DIN Lock Intumescent Sets are designed to be suit all the ZDL Zoo Hardware Fire Rated DIN Locks in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations. To meet FD30/60 specifications then one Intumescent Lock Liner should be fitted to each lock case and under the strike plate in the door frame. They have a self-adhesive backing for easy application and they are adjustable to suit product dimensions. Supplied as one complete Set per pack (Please NOTE - DIN Locks must be purchased separately). 2mm Universal DIN Lock Intumescent's - The 2mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 60 Minutes on a Fire Door In case of a fire the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the lock and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door.
