2mm Universal Bathroom and Sashlock Intumescent's - The 2mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 60 Minutes on a Fire Door In case of a fire the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the lock and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door. The Zoo Hardware Universal Bathroom and Sashlock Intumescent Sets are designed to be suit all the ZUKB, ZUKS AND ZUKU Zoo Hardware Fire Rated Bathroom Locks and Sash Locks in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations. Supplied as one complete Set per pack (Please NOTE - Locks must be purchased separately). They have a self-adhesive backing for easy application and they are adjustable to suit product dimensions. Two Sizes are Available: 1mm Universal Bathroom and Sashlock Intumescent's - The 1mm FlexiFire Intumescent is graded Up to 30 minutes on a fire door. To meet FD30/60 specifications then one Intumescent Lock Liner should be fitted to each lock case and under the strike plate in the door frame.
