The Fulton and Bray Heavy Duty Sash Lift is cast from solid brass and available in polished brass, polished chrome, satin chrome and a brand new warm and tactile florentine bronze finish. Two sash lifts should be fitted, one on either side of the window to open the window with both hands. The heavy-duty sash lift has three counter sunk-holes for quick, easy and secure visible screw fixing, and a more robust design that most sash lifts, for use on more robust sash windows. A simple and inexpensive design, this sash lift is necessary for opening sliding sash windows.
