The finish has a rich, matt look and is very dark due to the process used to age the metal. When fully polished this finish has a depth of reflection. Due to the accelerated ageing process this finish undergoes, a darker patina gathers around the edges and recesses to contrast beautifully with the re-polished surface areas.
