Unlacquered Brass - They are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues that offer a depth of reflection. External Beeswax - This is manufactured using From The Anvil’s unique anti-corrosive beeswax. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. Polished Nickel - These products are manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. Supplied in SINGLES complete with fixings. Much like their standard Beeswax, it offers a matt richness with a depth of colour, ranging from blue to deep ochre red. From The Anvil designs are drawn and hand forged in the traditional fashion of English blacksmithing. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish them using a dry cloth and some Brasso. This finish is bright, reflective, and extremely versatile. During the manufacturing process, From The Anvil’s Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities. Polished Chrome - These products are made from a base of solid brass coated with a durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. Black - This is a popular choice in traditional settings. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. Aged Bronze - These products are manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. Due to the process used to age the metal, this finish is very dark and has a rich, matt appearance.
