Polished Stainless Steel - is grade 316 and manufactured with high concentrations of chromium and nickel. Available below in – Black - A popular choice in traditional settings. Polished Bronze - Made from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. Due to the process used to age the metal, this finish is very dark and has a rich, matt appearance. These door handles are available in both sprung and unsprung versions. Pewter patina - Forged from a durable base of steel and boast a rich, luxurious appearance. Satin Stainless Steel  - Is grade 316 and manufactured with high concentrations of chromium and nickel. The lever is hammered into shape by hand, giving it a contemporary yet individual edge, a stylish and contemporary handle selected from the From The Anvil range, it has been individually forged in steel on an anvil. This finish is aged and then subsequently re-polished to highlight the lighter surface areas against the darker, detailed parts. This finish is bright, reflective, and extremely versatile. During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a durable, matt lacquer to this finish which helps preserve its distinctive tones. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. Aged Brass - Is intentionally tarnished using an accelerated ageing process that causes a dark patina to gather around the edges and recesses of the design. For complementary products, we recommend our Satin Chrome finish. This finish is low sheen and offers a frosted, matt look. These products offer great strength and have extremely resilient corrosion-resistant properties which make them an excellent choice for coastal locations. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection and has an appropriate place in modern properties, but its warm tones also make it suitable for traditional settings. This natural finish is a far softer alternative to black powder coating. It has different screw positions on the rose backplate and comes with wood screws only. For complementary products, we recommend our Polished Chrome finish. This finish is very versatile, with a high sheen appearance that works well with warm tones and cool, contemporary settings alike. The sprung handles have a strong spring incorporated into the boss and rose backplate and come with bolt through and wood screws, and will fit standard British latches. This rich colour offers a beautiful contrast against the repolished surface areas, offering an abundance of charm and character perfect for any period dwelling. This works best if a cool, clean look is desired. During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a robust lacquer which helps preserve this bright contrast. Much like our standard Beeswax, it offers a matt richness with a depth of colour, ranging from blue to deep ochre red. Polished Nickel - Manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities. From The Anvil designs are drawn and hand forged in the traditional fashion of English blacksmithing. Polished Chrome - Made from a base of solid brass coated with durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. External Beeswax - A signature of From The Anvil and is manufactured using our unique anti-corrosive beeswax. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike.
