Part of our Eurospec Architectural Hardware Easi-T Economy range of Latches and Locks recognized for their quality and design. A Flat or 'upright' Latch is housed in a square or rectangular casing, rather than a tube. For this reason it benefits them to have locks and latches that have the same sized case. Square forend and strike plate, available with radius edge. Supplied in SINGLES complete with striker and fixings. One of the most common application for an flat latch is in situations when door manufacturers will use a single lock jig to cut uniform size cutout across their doors, for both locks and latches, for speed and non-complication purposes. Tested to BS12209 - CE & Fire Rated FD30/60 suitable for internal fire doors, with a 10 Year mechanical warranty.
