The copper/zinc mix will pass for "old-time brass" reflecting the colours all around on its glorious golden surface. This unlacquered brass traditional thumb latch is a classically designed piece of ironmongery which has been created using a copper/zinc mix that ensures quality. The thumb piece passes through the door and raises the latch bar off the keep. To restrict the latch bar movement staple pin or screw on staple is provided (discard unused pin or staple).
