The Cardea Polished Nickel finish is a solid brass plating and will generally require little maintenance as nickel is a relatively slow ageing metal. Supplied in SINGLES with screw fixings. Sash lifts are a simple and inexpensive design that's necessary for opening sliding sash windows. The application of a light wax after cleaning can be beneficial but is not essential. Their Polished Nickel Collection includes cupboard knobs and handles, window fittings and other door ironmongery for a fully incorporated look around the home. We do NOT recommend the use of liquid polishes that will leave a residue. To maintain the finish we recommend wiping the item with a micro-fibre cloth to remove dirt deposits and polishing with a good quality metal polish. The Cardea Cavendish Reeded Polished Nickel Sash Lift has a reeded, lined design down the handle section, with two visible screw fixings for easy and secure installation.

Two sash lifts should be fitted, one on either side of the window to open the window with both hands.
